Founded by a passionate and ambitious team with years of experience in the restaurant industry. We have seen how inaccessible premium dining can be for most people, and we strive to change that.

 

Our goal is to make contemporary meals more accessible by providing casual and premium dining dishes in a "fast-food" style. No fuss, no frills, just great food at a fraction of the price. After years of experimentation, we've figured out a way to provide dishes from all over the world in a fusion way with the same quality and taste as fine dining at a much more affordable price. Here at Hestia, every penny you pay is spent on the food itself, not the fame of a world-class chef, luxurious decoration, the server or tips. 

 

For foodies and non-foodies alike, we are here to create a go-to spot for anyone looking for a great meal without breaking the bank. By making fine dining more accessible for everyone, we know that we're on the right path to making a difference, and that was the best feeling of all.

Menu Strategy

A superior dish begins with the finest ingredients. Our menu creation process commences with the meticulous sourcing of premium ingredients from both local and international suppliers. Collaborating with renowned chefs from around the world – including Italy, Japan, China, the United States, and our home country, Canada – ensures that our ingredient-driven menus strike a harmonious balance between global inspiration and local appeal. This approach allows us to offer a uniquely creative fusion menu that caters to the diverse palate of Vancouver's multicultural community.

At Hestia, founded by individuals with backgrounds in physics, we place a strong emphasis on experimentation and testing to continually improve our offerings. We believe that rigorous testing is essential to determine what works best. To this end, we introduce test dishes in every seasonal menu and use customer feedback to refine them. Additionally, our 'After-hour Lab' program allows patrons to participate in menu testing at a break-even cost, encouraging them to share their ideas and thoughts on the dishes slated for our upcoming menus.

Beyond | Upcoming Richmond Kitchen + Bar

The forthcoming Hestia restaurant is set to deliver a distinctive fusion cuisine that harmoniously blends traditional Asian flavors with contemporary ingredients. Many items featured on the menu have been carefully curated from our experimental hub, Hestia Kitchen Lab. The restaurant will offer a welcoming ambiance, characterized by modern design elements and comfortable seating arrangements.

In addition to our culinary offerings, we are excited to introduce our first bar at this location. This bar will be a haven for creativity, featuring an array of handcrafted cocktails, a curated selection of craft beers, and a well-rounded wine list. For an elevated experience, our master chef has collaborated on an exclusive wine pairing menu, which will be available during the bar's operating hours.
